Return and Refund Policy

Returns run for 7 days counted from delivery, not from the date of order. Below are the conditions, the exclusions and the refund timeline.

Because the clock starts at delivery, a long transit does not shorten the period you have.

What can be returned

An unused garden tool with original packaging, complete accessories and the invoice is accepted without argument.

You may open the packaging to check the garden tool. What you may not do, and still return it, is put it to work.

Faulty, damaged and wrongly-supplied goods sit outside these exclusions entirely — see the section below.

Send the report to customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop inside 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and a single-take opening video.

We bear the return freight on any fault of ours, and you take your pick of a replacement or a complete refund.

You receive an authorisation reference by return of email
Repack the item in its original packaging, marking the reference on the carton
Pickup is arranged for serviceable areas; elsewhere we send you the address to ship to
After we receive and check the goods, the refund is approved

You get the money within 12 days of approval, returned to the original channel.

On a discretionary return we refund the price of the goods but not the original delivery charge, which was already spent on carriage.

Restocking fees are not part of how we work.
