Payment Policy
Payment on this site is by UPI or by cash on delivery. Below is how each one runs, and the route a refund takes.
How UPI works here
UPI is the prepaid route. A QR code tied to the order is shown at checkout — scan, authorise, and the order moves to confirmed.
The amount must match the order value. If your bank shows a debit and we do not show a confirmation, send the reference number to customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop.
Paying the courier
Paying the rider in cash is available on serviceable PIN codes, at the invoice amount and with no added fee.
Have the right amount ready; the rider will issue a receipt. If you cannot see COD, the option is unavailable for that address.
Prices and currency
Prices are quoted in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable tax. What you see against an item is what it costs.
An invoice accompanies every order by email. Write to us before despatch if the billing name has to differ from the delivery name.
Where refunds go
Refunds follow the original payment channel. Prepaid UPI orders are reversed to the paying handle. Cash orders are settled by NEFT once you send us the account details.
After approval the refund is sent within 12 days. Allow a couple of working days beyond that for the bank to credit the account.
We do not issue store credit in place of a refund unless you ask for it, and we never hold money against a future order.
Security of your payment
Authorisation takes place in your UPI app, on your device. This site never handles those credentials and does not retain them.
Nobody from Lumikraft Haven will ever ring you to ask for a one-time password, a UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. If someone does, it is not us — put the phone down and write to customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop.
Written confirmation from the ordering email address is required before a refund is sent anywhere other than the source.
