Why we lead with the handle
Almost every complaint about a shovel bought online comes down to one decision made blind: D-handle or long handle. A D-handle is a control tool for a confined hole; a long handle is a leverage tool for open ground. Buy the wrong one and you either bark your knuckles against a trench wall or wrestle a metre of shaft in a flower bed — and then you pay freight to send a metre-long tool back.
So the handle type sits at the top of every listing here, next to the overall length and the shaft material, and the shipping page says plainly that this is freight to your ground-floor entrance rather than a courier to your door. It is a less exciting way to sell a shovel and it means far fewer of them come back.

Our commitment
A cracked shaft out of the box is ours. A snapped one after levering a rock is not.
Unwrap it, check the head, socket and shaft on video, and anything cracked, bent or loose is replaced at our cost on a clip sent within 48 hours. Unused tools can be returned within 7 days of delivery and approved refunds are processed within 12 business days. We offer no warranty of our own and do not imply one — what we offer is a clear line between transit damage and use, drawn before you buy rather than after.

Lumikraft Haven is an online-only business with no yard, no showroom and no repair bench. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and moved across India by freight, reaching most metro addresses in 5–8 business days.
