Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation fee on this site. The only thing that matters is whether the parcel has already gone.

Before the parcel leaves

Email customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop or telephone +91 86303 39096 with the order number. If the parcel has not been collected, we stop it and cancel on the spot.

Where you paid by UPI, the whole amount including any delivery charge returns within 12 days.

Our despatch turnaround is 3 working days. If you want to stop an order, the telephone is the surer route.

Once the parcel has been despatched

Nothing can be recalled mid-transit. Refusal at delivery, or a return within 7 days, are your options.

Refusal of a prepaid order is refunded less the delivery charge, exactly as a change-of-mind return would be.

Please do not simply refuse a COD parcel without telling us. Let us know first, so the consignment can be routed back cleanly and the account kept in good standing.

Cancellation by us

Stock failures, clear pricing errors and unserviceable addresses are the occasions on which we cancel. You always get the full amount back and the reason.

Our cancellations carry a complete refund, released within 12 days.
