Buying from this site means agreeing to what follows. We have kept it short and in plain words for that reason.

The other party

Lumikraft Haven is an online-only proprietorship operating out of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Lumikraft Haven sells digging shovels, spades, trowels and folding E-tools as a retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the products listed.

When a contract is made

Your order is an offer. It becomes a contract only when we send the despatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline in those three cases — no stock, obvious error, unserviceable address — refunding everything paid.

What things cost

Prices include tax and are in INR. Orders below ₹999 carry a ₹49 delivery charge.

We are not bound by a price that is evidently a typing error; we contact you and refund.

Product descriptions and images

Descriptions come from our suppliers and are believed accurate. Allow for screen colour variation and the usual tolerance on measurements.

Ask before you buy if a size has to be exact: customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop. We check against the physical item.

Acceptable use

  • No probing, scraping at volume, or denial-of-service attempts
  • Our images and written descriptions are not to be reproduced on other sites
  • Orders placed without any intention of taking delivery are not acceptable
  • The address you supply must be correct — we cannot be responsible for one that is not

Intellectual property

Site copy and photographs created by us are protected. Manufacturer marks are referenced for identification only.

Think something here infringes your rights? Send the URL and details to customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop and we will remove it on a valid notice.

Extent of liability

The limit of our liability is the price of the order concerned; consequential loss is excluded.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020 are unaffected by anything written above.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to Indian law and to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Please raise the matter with us at customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop before taking it further. Nearly everything is settled that way.
