Shipping Policy

Lumikraft Haven ships garden shovels and hand tools across India. What follows is the charge you pay, the time you should expect, and what we do when a delivery does not go to plan.

Delivery charges

There is one charge and one threshold: ₹49 for any order below ₹999, and nothing above it.

What the checkout screen shows is final. There is no separate packing or fuel surcharge on any order.

Delivery times

From confirmed order to handover is 3 working days. Add 5–8 days for metro delivery, or 7–12 days for addresses further out.

Depending on the delivery PIN code we ship with Delhivery Heavy or VRL.

All figures are working days. Sunday and public holidays do not count, and delivery slows during festival season.

COD

Cash on Delivery works across most of our delivery area. If it is missing from your checkout, your PIN code is outside the COD network.

Riders seldom carry change, so keep the exact sum. Orders refused at the door come back to us, and we may withdraw COD afterwards.

Delivery address

The address you enter is printed on the label as it stands. Check the PIN code and the phone number — those two fields decide whether the parcel arrives.

Carriers make a limited number of attempts and then return the consignment. We will email you when that happens rather than leaving it unexplained.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

A quick check at handover saves a lot of correspondence. Torn or soaked packaging is grounds to send the parcel straight back.

Claims for damage or a missing item need to reach customersupport@lumikrafthaven.shop within 48 hours, supported by one unedited unboxing video.

The remedy is a free replacement or a full refund, at your option, with return carriage borne by us.

Where deliveries go

Shipping is domestic. We do not operate an export service, and the site quotes only Indian rupees.
