Evergrowkids LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Only copyright holders or their authorized representatives are permitted to submit notices of infringement.
Notices must be submitted in writing to the designated contact specified below.
A valid notice must include the following items:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work;
2. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
3. Contact information of the notifier;
4. A statement of good faith regarding unauthorized use;
5. A declaration made under penalty of perjury;
6. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their representative.
Users who believe their material has been mistakenly removed may submit a counter-notice that includes their contact information, identification of the material, and a statement asserting their right to use the material. After receipt, we will review the counter-notice and may restore the material.
Evergrowkids LLC reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers when deemed necessary.
